Overview

Sitio Torre is a kitesurf spot in the Ilocos Region on the northwest coast of Luzon. Located between La Paz and Laoag, the beach faces the South China Sea. NE Amihan winds (Nov-May) provide the kite season. Sandy beach access with open water and uncrowded conditions.
