Overview

San Vicente Airstrip is a kitesurf spot near an airstrip in the Cagayan Valley region of northern Luzon, Philippines. The area is exposed to the Amihan (NE monsoon) winds from November to May, which provide the main kite season. The location near Santa Ana offers access to open water.

NE monsoon winds blow consistently at 12-20 knots during the season. The area offers a mix of flat water and choppy conditions depending on exposure. Remote location with limited infrastructure. Suitable for intermediate riders comfortable with basic facilities.
