Overview

Puerto Beach is a kitesurf spot in the Ilocos Region on the northwest coast of Luzon. The beach faces the South China Sea and receives NE Amihan winds (Nov-May). The sandy beach with gradual depth provides access to open water. Conditions are best during steady monsoon days with consistent 15-20 knot winds.
