Overview

Pottot River is a kitesurf spot in the Ilocos Region near Pagudpud, northern Luzon. The river mouth area provides flat water conditions sheltered from open ocean swell. NE Amihan winds (Nov-May) funnel along the river, creating good conditions for flat water riding and beginners.
