Overview

Pogaro is a kitesurf spot in the Ilocos Region near Lingayen Gulf. The west-facing beach receives SW Habagat winds (Jun-Oct) as onshore and NE Amihan (Nov-May) as cross-shore. Sandy beach with shallow waters, suitable for intermediate riders looking for a quiet spot on the Pangasinan coast.
