Libaong Beach is located on the north coast of Panglao Island in the Central Visayas, Philippines. The beach faces north toward the Bohol Sea and catches the Amihan (NE monsoon) winds from November to May. It is close to the popular Dumaluan Beach kite spot.

The NE monsoon brings consistent side-onshore winds of 12-20 knots. Sandy bottom with shallow water areas inside the reef. The proximity to other Panglao spots allows riders to choose the best conditions. Good tourist infrastructure on the island. Suitable for intermediate riders.
