Overview

Pandawan Lagoon is a kitesurf spot in the Bicol Region near Bagasbas, Camarines Norte. The lagoon provides flat water conditions sheltered from the Pacific swells. NE Amihan winds (Nov-May) reach the lagoon, creating ideal conditions for beginners and freestyle. A calm alternative to the nearby ocean spots.
