Monaliza Point is a kitesurf spot in the Ilocos Region near La Union on Luzon's west coast. Facing the South China Sea, the point receives NE Amihan winds (Nov-May) as cross-shore. The spot also benefits from SW Habagat winds (Jun-Oct) as onshore. Popular with Manila-based kiters for weekend sessions.
