Mercedes Bay is a kitesurf spot in the Bicol Region near Bagasbas Beach, Camarines Norte. The bay provides some shelter from the open Pacific while still catching NE Amihan winds (Nov-May). The calmer conditions compared to exposed Bagasbas make it more accessible for intermediate riders.
