Maralison Island is a small island off the northwest coast of Panay Island in the Western Visayas, Philippines. The island is located near the Tibiao area in Antique province and sits in the open Sulu Sea, exposed to both Amihan (NE monsoon) and Habagat (SW monsoon) winds.

The island's position provides good wind exposure during both monsoon seasons. Sandy beaches for launching. Remote location with very basic or no facilities. Accessible by boat from the Panay coast. An off-the-beaten-path spot suitable for advanced riders looking for pristine, uncrowded tropical conditions.
