Overview

Loob is a kitesurf spot in the Ilocos Region on the northwest coast of Luzon. The beach faces the South China Sea and catches NE Amihan winds (Nov-May). A quiet coastal spot with sandy beach and open water riding, providing an uncrowded alternative to more popular Ilocos spots.
