Overview

Lingayen is a kitesurf spot in the Ilocos Region on the Lingayen Gulf. The gulf provides relatively sheltered conditions with sandy beach access. Both NE Amihan (Nov-May) and SW Habagat (Jun-Oct) winds are rideable. The shallow waters and moderate conditions make it accessible for intermediate riders.
