Libagas Island is a small island in the Western Visayas, Philippines, located in the waters near Romblon province. The island sits in the Sibuyan Sea and is exposed to winds from both Amihan (NE monsoon, Nov-May) and Habagat (SW monsoon, Jun-Oct).
Remote island accessible only by boat. Very limited facilities. The open sea position provides consistent wind exposure. Sandy beaches available for launching. Best suited for advanced to expert riders on a kite island-hopping adventure. Bring all your own equipment and supplies.
