Overview

La Union is a popular surf and kite destination in the Ilocos Region on Luzon's west coast. Facing the South China Sea, it receives both NE Amihan (Nov-May) and SW Habagat (Jun-Oct) winds. Known for its surf break and vibrant beach culture, La Union is one of the most accessible coastal spots from Manila.
