La Paz is a kitesurf spot in the Ilocos Region on the northwest coast of Luzon. Facing the South China Sea, the beach receives NE Amihan winds (Nov-May). The sandy coastline offers open water riding in an uncrowded setting. A quiet alternative to the more popular Pagudpud spots further north.
