Overview

Colili Point is a kitesurf spot in the Ilocos Region on Luzon's northwest coast. The point catches NE Amihan winds (Nov-May) that accelerate along the coastline. Facing the South China Sea, the spot offers wave riding in monsoon swells. The rocky shoreline requires care during launch and landing.
