Chelseas Point is a kitesurf spot in Central Luzon, Zambales province. Facing the South China Sea on Luzon's west coast, it receives SW Habagat winds (Jun-Oct) as onshore. The beach break can produce waves during monsoon season. The sandy bottom and open riding area suit intermediate riders.
