Cavite is a coastal kitesurfing spot in the CALABARZON region south of Manila, facing Manila Bay. The spot offers access to open water with views of the Manila skyline. Amihan winds (NE monsoon, Nov-May) provide the best conditions, while the Habagat (SW monsoon, Jun-Oct) also brings rideable winds from the opposite direction.
