Blue Lagoon is a famous beach in the Ilocos Region near Pagudpud, northern Luzon. This stunning crescent-shaped bay with turquoise waters faces north toward the Babuyan Channel. NE Amihan winds (Nov-May) deliver excellent conditions. The bay offers some protection while still receiving consistent monsoon winds.
