Overview

Bangui is a kitesurf spot in the Ilocos Region, famous for its wind farm with giant turbines along the coast. Located on the northwest coast of Luzon facing the South China Sea, the area receives strong NE Amihan winds (Nov-May) that make it one of the windiest places in the Philippines.
