Aparri is a coastal town in the Cagayan Valley at the mouth of the Cagayan River, the longest river in the Philippines. The river mouth and coastal area receive NE Amihan winds (Nov-May). The flat river delta waters provide interesting riding conditions, while ocean access offers wave riding opportunities.
