Overview

Hebara is a kitesurfing spot on the east coast of the Boso Peninsula, Chiba Prefecture. This beach faces the Pacific and receives east and southeast swells, as well as southwest winds in summer and northeast winds in winter.

The water is oceanic with possible waves. Tides are significant. Suited for intermediate to advanced riders due to ocean exposure.
