Centrair is a kitesurfing spot in Ise Bay, Aichi Prefecture, near Chubu Centrair International Airport. This spot benefits from Ise Bay winds, with southwest wind conditions in summer and northwest in winter.

The water in Ise Bay is relatively sheltered with moderate conditions. Tides are present but less pronounced than on the open Pacific coast. Suited for intermediate riders.
