Overview

Gili Trawangan is a kitesurfing spot on the largest of the three Gili Islands, off Lombok. This car-free paradise island offers an idyllic setting. The southeast trade winds blow from May to October. The body of water is shallow around the island with coral reef. Conditions are suitable for intermediate riders.
