Candolim Beach is a long stretch of sand in North Goa, India, located between Sinquerim and Calangute beaches. It faces west toward the Arabian Sea and receives NW monsoon winds during the October to March kite season. The beach is popular with tourists but generally less hectic than neighboring Calangute and Baga.
The wide beach provides reasonable space for kitesurfing, though swimmers and sunbathers should be given wide berth. NW winds blow cross-shore at 12-18 knots. Sandy bottom with small shore break. Intermediate level spot.
