Baga Beach is a popular tourist beach in North Goa, India, facing west toward the Arabian Sea. While primarily known as a party and tourist destination, it also sees some kitesurfing activity during the winter wind season from October to March when NW winds blow cross-shore.
The beach can be crowded with tourists, swimmers, and beach shacks, limiting the available riding area. Kitesurfers should exercise caution and respect the designated zones. The wind conditions are similar to other North Goa beaches, with NW winds of 12-18 knots. Best for experienced riders who can handle crowded conditions.
