Overview

Shui Hau Wan is a bay located on the southwest coast of Lantau Island. It is one of the most popular kitesurfing spots in Hong Kong thanks to its large flat water area at low tide. The spot works particularly well with southwest winds during the summer monsoon. At low tide, a vast sandbank is exposed, offering a shallow body of water ideal for learning.
