Overview

Cheung Sha is the longest beach in Hong Kong, located on the south coast of Lantau Island. Divided into Upper and Lower Cheung Sha, this south-facing beach offers good conditions with southwest winds in summer (monsoon) and east to northeast winds in winter. The body of water is relatively open with moderate waves.
