Victory Beaches is a group of beaches located in Sihanoukville, Cambodia, on the Gulf of Thailand. The spot offers an accessible body of water with a sandy bottom. Northeast winds dominate during the dry season (November to April), providing the best kitesurfing conditions. The southwest monsoon (May to October) also brings wind but with rougher sea conditions. The beach is spacious enough for rigging and launching kites.
