Koblevo is a popular seaside resort on the Black Sea coast in the Mykolaiv Oblast. The kite spot is located on the sand bar (kosa) separating the Tiligulsky Liman from the Black Sea.

The liman side offers flat water conditions in shallow water, perfect for beginners. The Black Sea side offers more challenging conditions with chop and sometimes small waves, suitable for intermediate and advanced riders.

The bottom is sandy on both sides. The prevailing wind comes from the southwest and west. The season runs from May to October.
