Datça Ferry Port is a spot on the north coast of the Datça peninsula, facing the Gulf of Gökova (Muğla province, Turkey). Reputed as the windiest spot on the peninsula, it is directly exposed to the Meltem — a summer Aegean thermal wind — channeled from the west by the gulf.
Wind picks up around 10–11am, builds to 18–25 knots by mid-afternoon, and dies at sunset. Conditions are consistent but often gusty due to the peninsula's steep terrain. Spot for intermediate to expert riders.

Side-off to offshore wind: drift risk. Rocks in the water. Trees and power lines on the beach. Boat traffic (ferries, yachts). Narrow launch area on a pebble beach.
