PBC (Primorsky Beach Club) is a kitesurfing spot on the north coast of Amursky Bay, near Vladivostok, in Primorsky Krai. It is a popular spot among local kitesurfers thanks to easy access and regular conditions.

Amursky Bay's water body is relatively sheltered and offers flat to light chop conditions. The sandy beach allows easy launching. Water is shallow for a good distance.

Prevailing winds blow from the south and southeast in summer thanks to the monsoon. Thermal breezes are reliable in the afternoon from June to September. Water is cool (14-22°C), wetsuit recommended.
