Pavlo Ochakovo Spit is a kitesurfing spot located on the Pavlo-Ochakovo spit, on the coast of the Sea of Azov in the Rostov Oblast in Russia. This sand spit offers flat water in the lagoon. The spot benefits from regular southwest to west winds in summer. The shallow waters of the Sea of Azov and the flat water on the lagoon side make it a spot suitable for beginners.
