Lake Siutghiol is a flat-water kitesurfing spot located just behind the Mamaia resort, between Constanta and Navodari. This coastal lake offers ideal flat-water conditions for learning and freestyle. West, northwest and southwest winds are most favorable as they blow along the lake. It is one of the most popular lake spots for kitesurfing in Romania, particularly appreciated by beginners thanks to its calm, shallow waters.
