Santa Cruz is a beach town about 50 km north of Lisbon. Wide sandy beach at the foot of dramatic cliffs. NW Nortada — exposed coast with good waves. Popular surf destination. Kite possible but shared with surfers. The town has a relaxed atmosphere with restaurants and cafés. Similar conditions to nearby Praia da Vigia and Praia Azul.
