Rio Tejo / Ponta do Mato is a flat water spot on the Tagus river estuary south of Lisbon. Shallow, protected from ocean swell. Works with NW Nortada crossing the estuary. Good for beginners and foil. Close to the Vasco da Gama bridge. A local alternative when the Atlantic coast is too rough.
