Overview

Pego is a quiet Alentejo beach between Carvalhal and Aberta a Nova. Long sandy beach, very low development — just sand, dunes and ocean. Part of the pristine Alentejo coastline. NW Nortada conditions, open Atlantic. Similar to other Alentejo beaches — surf-oriented with occasional kite when thermal aligns. No facilities to speak of.
