Espinho is a long sandy beach about 20 km south of Porto. Exposed to NW Nortada with consistent Atlantic waves. Sandy bottom, beach breaks. Town beach with good infrastructure — train station (easy access from Porto), parking, restaurants. Intermediate conditions. The Casino de Espinho is a landmark. Can be combined with nearby Ria de Aveiro spots for variety (flat + waves).
