Lake Laka (Jezioro Laka), also known as Porabka due to the dam, is a reservoir located in the Silesian Beskids, in the mountains. It is an atypical mountain kitesurfing spot. The water body is surrounded by hills and forests, creating channeled wind conditions. The depth is significant and the water is cold. The bottom varies. It is a spot for experienced riders due to sometimes turbulent wind conditions in a mountain environment. The natural setting is magnificent. The season is short (June-September). It is a local spot for riders from Bielsko-Biala and southern Silesia.
