Lake Gardno (Jezioro Gardno) is a coastal lake located in Slowinski National Park, near the Baltic Sea. It is a unique kitesurfing spot in an exceptional protected natural setting. The lake is shallow (average depth of 1.3m), offering safe flat water conditions. The bottom is sandy and muddy. The water body is quite large (about 25 km2), allowing for good sailing. Note: the lake is in a national park, and some areas may be subject to sailing restrictions. Check local regulations. West and northwest winds are the most frequent in the area.
