Hel Kaper is a spot located on the Hel Peninsula, near the Kaper campsite, one of the most well-known access points on the peninsula. The spot is on the Puck Bay side, offering ideal flat water conditions. The water is shallow over a vast area, with a sandy bottom. It is a very popular spot in summer, appreciated by kitesurfers of all levels. The Kaper campsite offers direct water access and has facilities for riders. Prevailing west and southwest winds are perfectly channeled by the peninsula. Conditions are rideable in winds from almost all directions thanks to the narrowness of the peninsula.
