Kauno Marios (the "Kaunas Sea") is a large artificial reservoir on the Nemunas River, located east of Kaunas, Lithuania's second city. It is one of the country's main inland kitesurfing spots.

The reservoir offers a large flat water surface, ideal for kitesurfing. The Samylai spot is one of the most popular access points. The water is fresh and the bottom varied. Several wind directions work thanks to the width of the reservoir.

Kauno Marios is easily accessible from Kaunas. The spot has parking. The season runs from May to October. The spot suits beginners and intermediates.
