Giruliai is a residential district north of Klaipėda, Lithuania, whose beach is a popular kitesurfing spot. The sandy beach faces the Baltic Sea, offering good conditions in westerly winds.

The bottom is sandy and the beach is relatively wide. South-west to north-west winds are most favourable. The spot is similar to neighbouring Melnragė to the south, but generally less crowded.

Access is from the residential district of Giruliai. Parking available. The kitesurf season runs from May to October. The spot suits intermediate riders.
