Vaide is a small coastal village on the north coast of Courland in Latvia, between Kolka and Mazirbe. The spot faces the Gulf of Riga and lies within Slītere National Park.

The beach is sandy and the water shallow. North-east to east winds are most favourable, blowing from the Gulf of Riga. The spot is very quiet and uncrowded, in a preserved natural setting.

Vaide is a very small village with very limited services. The season runs from May to October. The spot suits intermediate to advanced riders due to its isolation.
