Lilaste is a beach north of Riga, on the coast of the Gulf of Riga in Latvia. It is one of the closest kitesurfing spots to the Latvian capital, easily accessible by road.

The sandy beach faces north towards the Gulf of Riga. North to north-west winds are most favourable. The bottom is sandy and the water shallow. The beach is relatively wild and less developed than Jūrmala.

Lilaste is about 30 km north of Riga. Parking is available nearby. The season runs from May to October. The spot suits beginners and intermediates.
