Garciems is a small coastal village north-east of Riga, on the coast of the Gulf of Riga in Latvia. It is a kitesurfing spot popular with Riga riders for its proximity to the capital.

The sandy beach faces north towards the Gulf of Riga. North to north-west winds are most favourable. The bottom is sandy and the water shallow. The Gulf of Riga offers calmer conditions than the open Baltic Sea.

Garciems is accessible in about 30 minutes from Riga. The season runs from May to October. The spot suits beginners and intermediates.
