Buļļi is a district in the Bolderāja area, west of Riga, at the mouth of the Daugava River into the Gulf of Riga. It is an urban kitesurfing spot easily accessible from Riga.

The spot is on the Gulf of Riga beach, facing north. North to north-west winds are most favourable. The bottom is sandy. The area is relatively flat with shallow water near the shore.

Buļļi is easily accessible by car from central Riga (about 20 minutes). The season runs from May to October. The spot suits beginners and intermediates.
