The Longirod and St-Georges spots are increasingly popular, especially because they are the first snowkite spots accessible to people from Geneva. If the designated parking is full, simply go elsewhere, the plateau is very large and it's easy to move around by kite. If the snow becomes soft and there's little of it, don't go anymore, there may be crops underneath and you risk irreparably damaging them. At best, ask the concerned farmer and have a dialogue. Do not cross main roads while kiting, it's very poorly perceived.
