Kite spot located at a school. The spot is only open when there's wind (regardless of the season). Otherwise it's a beach.
Perfect for beginners, it's flat and extends about 500m long and 1km wide with a depth of 30-90cm with the possibility to go further out

A large free parking area of dirt, gravel and trees is right across from the spot. At worst, there will definitely be space further away
Wind specificities
Relatively safe spot for all winds.
The wind is quite regular and with EAST wind it is even more stable when going to the right of the spot (so not in the direction of swimmers)
Hazards
Nothing to report except for a few wooden poles in the water
When the tide is low, it's better to walk a bit
