Navene is a Lake Garda spot located at the far north of the eastern (Venetian) shore, just north of Malcesine. This spot is renowned for perfectly catching the Peler, the powerful morning thermal wind that blows from the north. Navene's position in the narrow northern part of the lake makes it one of the best places to sail with the Peler, which is often stronger and more consistent here than elsewhere on the lake. In the afternoon, the Ora (south wind) takes over but is less strong in this northern area.
